Как исправить?

alexpkb, это где такое появляется? Что-то мне подсказывает что это не скриптов форума сообщение, а хостинга (сервера)...

а помоему это косяк хостинга

Это не косяк хостинга, столкнулся только что с такой же ошибкой при установке php-5.4.0-nts-Win32-VC9-x86. Все очень просто: в php.ini ищете строку "date.timezone =" и подставляете свой. Тут можно его узнать(так проще) http://php.net/date.timezone. У меня например так date.timezone ="Asia/Vladivostok" и все, глюк кончился
